EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Exchanges can be done by logging into your account no later than 7 days from the delivery date.

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

Shipping costs for exchanges and returns are charged to the customer.

The customer must return the goods by traceable method, by courier, to the address that will be provided at the time of the return-exchange request made by e-mail.

The customer must return the goods together with the copy of the order received by e-mail and notify us the size to be changed.

If the requested size is not available, the refund will be made via the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
